Totem sketchapalooza!

Well. I’ve been passing the time by mostly being quite anxious and stressed out. I like to redirect that energy when I can, and as I can’t seem to relax right now (I tried some breathing exercises and all I got for them was some lousy heart palpitations and hyperventilation for my trouble!), I decided to go the animal totem route. Here’s what’s on my drawing plate right now!

  1. I think I am in love with all of these, but the Rhode Island Red & Short-Tailed Weasel are my favorites, with the Celestial Wolverine completely fascinating me.

  2. They all look cool, but Celestial Wolverine has me utterly intrigued. I can’t wait to find out what you’ve got planned for it, and even more to see the finished product.

It’s just a shame that this sketchapalooza is being brought on by anxiety, even if I am eager to see how they all come out. I hope you start to feel a fair bit better soon.

  3. when people put the decoritve swirls, graphics of circules and such in their totem portraites. what is the style called? It is not “art nouveau” is it?
